What a fantastic Matariki Celebration we had on Thursday evening. We enjoyed an interactive Matariki puppet show. This included singing, story telling and some pretty cool puppets. We then engaged in some kite making, star decorating and cookie icing. All of our whanau joined in which was so much fun. Then our Toddlers and babies sung some songs and did some dancing – they did so well. This was followed by a performance by our preschool / Lions room to the song book “We all go Travelling by” – What a fantastic effort these children and teachers put in. It was spectacular!! The night was rounded off with a yummy shared Kai. We had such a great turn out – Cant wait for the next one 🙂
